OUR PROCESS

Depending on the surface light prep may be required such as cutting around drains and pool copings to allow our surface to be tucked in at edges for a smooth transition. The rubber we use starts out as small crumbs ranging in sizes from 1.5mm to 3mm. It's available in about 12 colors. Depending on the color combo chosen, we then mix the rubber with our special formulated binder in large mixers. We then hand apply and trowel the rubber to the surface to the desired thickness after applying our primer which consists of our binder.
